A: No, All visits should be booked through our emailing system or calling (072 186 9519 .) You can email us at email@example.com
A: We prefer to have the continuity of the same pet sitter each time because the pets know them, and they know the pets. However, if the sitter is not available then a fully informed substitute sitter will be available for back up and you will always meet them beforehand.
A: No, we are not a registered company, we are part time pet sitters and full time students, we will always treat your property and possessions like it is our own. We will not carry any liability if there is broken into your property, or if your house catches fire, or if your dog’s get poisoned by criminals. Please also let your home security company know that we are allowed on the property so that we don’t get shot. We will treat your things with respect and we always keep in mind that we need to take better care of your things
A: We do not board pets in our home. We do provide daily visits for your pets or we can stay overnight as well. In the case that it might be a puppy we will however make an exception on the rule. Your pets will be much happier in their own home stress free!
A: We offer an overnight visit from 10:00 pm to 10 am, depends on our daily routine and time of the year. Overnight visits give you peace of mind of knowing that your home is being looked after as well as your pets getting lots of extra attention. If your pets are used to sleeping in your bed with you, we are happy to have them sleep in the bed with us too! We can add a dinner time visit too and then come back for the night. To be fair to sitters – they are not expected to spend 24 hours a day at the house, and may need to go to their own house or to campus.
A: We will notify you that there is not enough food so that you are aware and perhaps you have more food in another place in your home.
If we do need to make a special trip to purchase food we will be glad to do so..
That is why we require a 70% deposit before you leave, this money is for emergency purpose only.
